About Emily

Emily Black has more than 10 years experience on a diverse range of projects – large and small. She works on houses, flats, letting properties and holiday homes.

Emily Black was awarded a BA in Interior Design after studying at Napier University in Edinburgh from 1988 to 1992. After qualifying, she worked in consultancies in the east of Scotland while also bringing up her two daughters. She started her own business in 2003. She has worked on hundreds of projects since then - ranging from the makeover of one room to the re-design of some of Edinburgh’s largest residential properties. They include the interior design for a complex of holiday homes and a makeover for the reception of one of Scotland’s most prestigious businesses.
